Sodium-Ion Energy Storage Project

The company’s first sodium-ion energy storage project has been completed, creating a benchmark demonstration project for sodium-ion commercialization. The project has validated the stronger low-temperature performance of sodium-ion batteries in energy-storage charging and discharging applications. From −30 °C to 60 °C, the batteries maintain a comparatively high capacity-retention rate, substantially outperforming lithium iron phosphate batteries, while also demonstrating intrinsic safety and fast-charging capability.
